Die Stiftung unterstützt Ziel und Zweck des Blauen Kreuzes und anderer gemeinnütziger Organisationen in der Prävention und gegen Suchtmittelmissbrauch ideell und finanziell. Sie ist dadurch insbesondere bestrebt, die negativen Folgen von Alkohol, Drogen, Tabak usw. zu bekämpfen. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnstrebig. Die Stiftung erhielt bei ihrer Errichtung die Parzelle Basel 1/712 gewidmet. Sie kann darüber hinaus Liegenschaften erwerben, halten und veräussern. Insbesondere betreibt sie im Rahmen ihrer Zwecksetzung selber oder gestützt auf einen Pacht-, Miet- und/oder Managementvertrag auf/in der ihr gewidmeten Liegenschaft ein Hotel oder Hotel/Restaurant, mit alkoholfreiem Restaurant.

La fondation apporte un soutien financier idéal aux objectifs de la Croix Bleue et d'autres organisations à but non lucratif en matière de prévention et de lutte contre la toxicomanie. Elle s’efforce notamment de lutter contre les conséquences négatives de l’alcool, des drogues, du tabac, etc. La fondation n'a pas de but lucratif. Lors de sa création, la fondation a reçu la parcelle Bâle 1/712. Elle peut également acquérir, détenir et vendre des biens immobiliers. Elle exploite notamment, dans le cadre de son objet, un hôtel ou un hôtel-restaurant avec restaurant sans alcool sur/dans l'immeuble qui lui est dédié, soit elle-même, soit sur la base d'un contrat de bail, de location et/ou de gestion.
