Die Gesellschaft kann Handels- und Finanzgeschäfte aller Art auf eigene Rechnung oder auf Rechnung Dritter tätigen, Beratungen durchführen, andere Unternehmungen finanzieren, sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen sowie gleichartige oder verwandte Unternehmungen erwerben oder errichten. Die Gesellschaft kann Zweigniederlassungen und Tochtergesellschaften im In- und Ausland errichten und sich an anderen Unternehmen im In- und Ausland beteiligen. Die Gesellschaft kann im Übrigen alle kommerziellen, finanziellen und anderen Tätigkeiten ausüben und Geschäfte eingehen, die geeignet sind, den Gesellschaftszweck zu fördern.
